As a private 501(c)3, the Boulder History Museum undergoes an annual audit and provides an annual report of the Museum's well-being to its membership each year. This end- of-year review includes the Museum's financials and summary of programs, events, monetary and in-kind contributions of each calendar year. The report is distributed to the Museum's membership at its Annual Membership Meeting held during the first quarter of the calendar year, typically in April.
